We take great care in shipping our plants using proven methods to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. To help us assess your situation, please take photos of your plant immediately upon arrival.

While we do not do refunds or accept returns, we do accommodate rare occurrences. If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@OneSixTwoOne.com with the photos and details.

Important Note: If the daytime/nighttime temperature in your area is below 50°F, please add a heat pack to your order. We add insulation for free during the wintertime if your area is below 50 degrees. We do not accept returns for plants damaged by cold weather.
